情報処理技術チーム

仁科加速器研究センターの研究用計算機環境、メール環境、実験データ収集処理システム、ネットワーク環境の開発、整備と運用、及び情報セキュリティー対策の実施をします。研究用共通計算機として、LINUX/UNIXのNIS/NFSクラスター計算機を運用し、日常的な小規模な計算、RIBFでの実験データ解析、研究紹介・研究支援のためのWebページ公開等に利用できます。メール環境は最新のスパム／ウィルス対策を実施した仁科センター独自のメールサーバ(ribf.riken.jp)を運用し、所外からも暗号化通信で安全にE-mailのアクセスができます。RIBF施設での実験のために、ネットワー分散データ処理、並列読み出し、および階層型事象構築の機能を備えた高度で高速なデータ収集(DAQ)システムを開発しており、さらに開発したタイムスタンプモジュールを用いて、他のDAQシステムとの連携も可能となっています。さらに研究支援のため Wikiサーバ、Windows-MediaおよびQuick-Timeストリーミング配信サーバ、グループウェアサーバ、anonymous FTP server (ftp.riken.jp)等を運用し、あわせて仁科センターのネットワークの環境整備を実施しています。また、仁科センターでの情報セキュリティー対策の実施をしています。
