辨野特別研究室

大腸を中心とした個人別の生理･代謝機能を一定間隔で詳細に計測･解析することにより、生活習慣病の類型化と食生活への指導指針作成や機能性食品素材の効果を、被験者の個人毎に分別･評価できる技術システムを作ります。さらに腸内常在菌の80%を占める難培養性菌の分離法を確立します。

• 試験食の摂食試験と採取した糞便の精密分析
• 難培養腸内常在菌分離法の開発
