河野低温物理研究室

ナノスケールから巨視的な系において発現する低温量子現象の探求。１)超流動ヘリウムの示す特異な流体現象と表面物性の解明。超流動3He表面上2次元電子系の輸送現象、マイクロ波共鳴励起した2次元電子系の非平衡輸送現象、超流動3He表面下に蓄えられたイオンプール、超流動3He膜や固体ヘリウムの特異な性質などを主な対象とします。また、He表面上電子の量子ビットとしての応用について研究します。２)ナノ加工技術を駆使して、半導体量子ドットなどのメゾスコピック系の電子・スピン相関の研究とその量子情報処理への応用について研究します。
