質量分析ユニット
ユニットリーダー 林 茂生 (Ph.D.)
複雑な発生・再生現象を分子レベルで理解するためには細胞機能を担う高分子複合体の構成分子を同定し、その組成を明らかにする必要があります。 質量分析サブユニットはLC-MASS装置を用いての蛋白質質量分析を通じて微量な試料からの蛋白質同定を迅速に行うことで研究をサポートしています。また蛋白質修飾の解析にも取り組んでいます。
