京コンピュータなどのペタスケールおよび将来のスーパーコンピュータを対象とした高性能・高生産性・耐故障アプリケーションフレームワークの研究開発に取り組んでおります。特に、大規模データ処理、ヘテロジニアスコンピューティング、耐故障性について取り組んでおり、京コンピュータに高度に最適化されたMapReduce、アプリケーションドメインに特化することで生産性と性能の両立をねらったアプリケーションフレームワークの開発などを行なっております。詳しくはチームウェブサイトをご覧ください。
