内山元素化学研究室
当研究室では有機化学を研究基盤として、周期表を縦断・横断する元素化学を展開し、化学物質の反応、性質、構造について研究します。実験的手法のみならず理論計算的手法も利用して、新しい分子を能動的かつ精密にデザインし、新たな分子変換反応の開発、新合成法の開拓、未知機能の創出に挑みます。元素の様々な組み合わせで構成される分子の反応性・機能性が、元素のどのような性質に由来するのかを分子構造・電子構造を理解することによって明らかにし、既存の学問領域にとらわれない新しい学理を探求することを目指します。
