Poster
The contributed papers not allocated in the oral sessions should be presented by posters. Each poster must be posted at the designated space with a size of 110 cm by 110 cm.
A 1-minuite oral presentation is allowed for each paper.
Only a single OHP sheet may be used.
Publication
Proceedings of the Workshop will be published following the
meeting. All participants are requested to bring their manuscript
to the workshop. . The page limit is 6 pages for all papers (oral or poster).
The preparation package including the LaTeX style files can be retrieved
Lunch
Sandwiches and coffee/tea will be served in the poster room during the lunch time. Lunch tickets to be used at the 2nd Cafeteria of RIKEN can be also obtained at the conference desk.
Conference Party
A conference party will be held at RIKEN 2nd Cafeteria in the evening of the second day (6 pm, Tuesday, March 4) of the workshop. The expenses for the participants will be covered by the registration fee.
Tour
A half-day free bus tour to NASDA Tsukuba Space Center is planned for the afternoon of the third day of the workshop (Wednesday, March 5). Participants will be able to see the current status of JEM.
Registration Fee
A registration fee of 10,000 yen will be collected from all participants
at the on-site registration desk on the first day of the workshop. Payment should be made in cash.
