This Cooperative Research Group was organized in 2001 to conduct a new joint project to establish and to operate a new graduate school with the Yokohama City University under the RIKEN-Yokohama City University Agreement.


Research Subject
(1) Structures and functions of reguratory proteins working on genetic inheritance and cellular functions
(2) Signal transduction and transfort systems on oxygen & iron dynamics in living cells
(3) An analytical study on ABA signaling transduction
(4) Study on the environmental and ecological roles of microorganisms
