Research Areas

By measuring/evaluating individual physiological/metabolic function, mainly in human large intestine, with certain intervals in details, we establish a technological system that can categorize the lifestyle related diseases. We also establish "the test meal and precise analysis of the specimen" technological system that can measure/recognize individual physiological/ metabolic function and diet habit while leaving diet's "quality of life", thus contribute to the society.

Research Subject

  1. Research and development of the test meal that makes categorization/ evaluation of intended illness easier
  2. Feeding test on the test meal and precise analysis on feces
  3. Analyzing individual "physiological/metabolic" system and the factor analysis
  4. Use of functional food/food material and "comprehensive evaluation" and use for medical/drug: based on categorized "physiological/metabolic function"
