Laboratory for Vaccine Design
We have been studying about immunoregulatory nano-capsules for the purpose of inducing regulatory dendritic cells (DCreg) and regulatory T cells (Treg) in body. A liposome formulation containing,b,c1d ligand and antigenic protein can induce DCreg and Treg in vivo, and suppress secondary IgE antibody response in an antigen-specific manner. We are going to start research and development of immunoregulatory nanocapsules as one casual immunotherapy for allergic patients.
