Research Areas

We construct a wide variety of platforms for transcriptomic and proteomic analyses to obtain a comprehensive understanding of various immunological events on the genomic basis. Fully exploiting the accumulated genomic resources and various biophysical technologies, we will make it possible to comprehensively describe cellular events of various immunological diseases in molecular terms.

Research Subject

  1. Analysis of post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression in immune cells
  2. Technical development for proteomic and transcriptomic analyses of the immune system
  3. Construction of immunogenomics reference database
  4. Analysis of primary immunodeficiency diseases
