Research Areas

LSA System Development Group aims at schematization of variety of genome-wide technologies to establishing the 'Life Science Accelerator (LSA)', which is a versatile system for elucidating molecular network. The research group collaborates strongly with the other gruops in the Omics Science Center. Especially, we standardize the technologies that are developed by the LSA Technology Development Group to apply them to the large-scale data generation system.
The group widely provides the accumulated technololgies for transcriptome analysis utilizing the next-generation sequencers to the industry, academia and government as a service system 'GeNAS (Genome Network Analysis Service)'.
