Research Areas

To establish a desirable structure for human/robot contact, communication and collaboration. Through development of balance keeping apparatus, we investigate the basic mechanism of brain motor control, and clarify the implication of embodiment in brain research.

Research Subject

  1. Study of Human Dynamic Behaviors under Mechanical Field
  2. Development of Mechanical Support Systems that Compensate the Deterioration of Brain
  3. Theoretical and experimental investigation of muscle synergy
