Research Areas

To enhance synergetic common use of the world-class accelerator facility RIBF, it is necessary to promote a broad range of application and to maximize the facility importance, where the facilitation and promotion of the facility is an important mission charged to the Team. Important operation activities of the Team include; i) the organization of international Program Advisory Committee (PAC) meetings to review experimental proposals submitted from RIBF users, ii) the RIBF beam-time operation management, and iii) the facility-use promotion by hosting outside users based on the RIBF Independent Users program, which is a new user registration program commencing from FY2010 in RNC to enhance the synergetic common use of RIBF. The Team has opened RIBF Users Office in the RIBF building in 2010 as the main point of contact for RIBF Independent Users, providing a wide range of services and information to RIBF users.
