High precision, multiple horizontal axis diffractometer for synchrotron x-rays. The diffractometer was constructed for advanced technology of the angle measurements by using synchrotron x-ray spectroscopy and diffractometry. Each component goniometer has angular resolution of 25 nano-radian. The diffractometer is being used for the development of multiple-crystal optics for x-rays.
