SR system biology research group uses the protein structure information that the former research group has attained, and pushes forwards the functional analysis on a genome-wide scale and the structural and functional analyses of proteins for each cellular system. Furthermore, this research group aims to establish the next basis of system biology that enables to predict the whole biological phenomena.
