Our aims are to study the material science and photo property. At the same time, we develop cut-edging spectroscopy of soft X-ray in SPring-8. Because the soft X-ray is the most suitable light for the measurements of electron property, we research many kinds of materials by high resolution photoelectron spectrometry, fluorescent soft X-ray spectrometry and Raman scattering spectrometry. The high resolution photoelectron spectrometry is an efficient method to know the information of electron in a material. When we measure 3d and 4f state of strongly-correlated materials in Fermi surface, we can reveal the mechanism of super conductivity and phase transition of metallic insulator. The fluorescent soft X-ray spectrometry and the Raman scattering spectrometry are a method to know local state density of materials. We research electron state of hyper-complex materials like liquid and biological materials, though they have been never researched because there is no way to research.
