Research Areas

Our laboratory provides support services for the care of mice and rats in SPF conditions and the receipt of mutant mice from institutes in Japan and overseas, as well as reproductive services including cleaning and colony establishment through IVF, and lineage preservation by vitrification cryopreservation. We also provide pregnant mice, embryos, and surrogates to support animal research in the CDB, and develop tools and techniques for use in rodent reproductive biotechnology.
