Lipid Functions Research Team
Research Areas
Research team for lipid function studies the new function of lipids by directly visualizing distribution and dynamics of lipids and lipid domains using lipid probes developed by the Research team for imaging lipids. The outcome of the study will be transferred to the Research team for molecular dynamics of lipids for simulation and the theoretical extrapolation of the results using model membranes. The targets of Research team for lipid function are: lipid domains, lipid asymmetry and lipid droplets.
