Advanced Catalyst Research Team

This team aims to develop new generations of catalysts which are complementary or superior to the existing ones for more efficient, selective chemical transformations. Particular attention is paid to the precise copolymerization of two or more different olefin/polar monomers to create novel high-performance polymer materials, the development of novel catalytic enantioselective reactions, and the activation and utilization of small molecules inactive under normal conditions.
