"Expansion of Cosmic Nucleosynthesis" Research Team
Research Areas
This Research Team is promoting research on nucleosynthesis in universe under collaboration between high-energy astrophysics and nuclear physics. This Team has two major subjects; (1) Observation of nucleosynthesis site in universe and Nuclear processes in nucleosynthesis, and (2) Magnetic-field mapping for neutron star and Equation-of-State in asymmetric nuclear matter. These programs are based on two world-powerful "facilities"; the X-ray astronomy satellite "Suzaku" and the accelerator facility "RI Beam Factory".
