Research Areas

A chemical library, which is rich in structural diversity, is an indispensable tool in promoting drug-discovery and chemical biology researches. To be able to make an effective use of the chemical library, we develop a system and foundation of chemical bank "Natural Products Depository (NPDepo)", and promote reserch supports and collaborative studies on the basis of research infrastructures and techniques of NPDepo.

Research Subject

  1. Promotion of collaboration and support trough supply of chemical library
  2. Promotion of research supports by high-throughput screening and validation of biological activities
  3. Research support by structure-activity relationship analysis and optimization of compound structures
