Collaboration Promotion Team
Chemical library is one of the indispensable tools to promote drug-discovery with the strategy of chemical biology. To ensure utilization and application of the chemical library, we develop a foundation of chemical bank "Natural Products Depository (NPDepo)". On the basis of the NPDepo foundation, we promote collaborative researches in wide range of research fields such as chemical biology, chemistry and biology, and supports the researchers by provision and deposition of chemical library, validation of biological activities, structure-activity relationship analysis. Moreover we will develop the support system including characterization of small molecules and biological macromolecules by cooperation with Molecular characterization team and Biomolecular characterization team.
- Collaborative research and support through supply of chemical library
- Promotion of research supports by high-throughput screening and validation of biological activities
- Research support by structure-activity relationship analysis and optimization of compound structures
