Analysis Protocol Team

Team Leader: Naoki Kunishima (D.Sci.)
Naoki Kunishima(D.Sci.)

In collaboration with the Rigaku corporation, we propose comprehensive protocols for protein research through utilizing the structure analysis platform which was constructed in the Protein 3000 Project and was enhanced by the RIKEN SPring-8 Center. And the RIKEN's technologies for protein analysis will be put into practical use in general bio-science laboratories.

Research Subjects

  • Making protocols for protein research
  • Application of protein analysis technologies to practical use
