SACLA Science Research Group
Group Director: So Iwata (Ph.D.)
SACLA produces X-ray pulses billion times brighter than syncrodtron radiation sources. SACLA has a potential to change life-science, particular structural biology, revolutionary. The user operation of SACLA has started and now it's critical to develop data collection systems focusing on specific scientific areas. Our group will focus on technical developments in life-science at SACLA including single molecule studies, imaging and fs-crystallography.
Research Subjects
- Rapid stracture determination of drug-target proteins using fs X-ray pulses at SACLA
