Strong Correlation Quantum Science Research Support Team
Team Leader: Izumi Hirabayashi (D.Eng.)
The Strong-Correlation Research Support Team is in charge of support services for the Quantum Science on Strong Correlation (QS2C) Project. The work ranges from daily paperwork for researchers to various kinds of support services related to intellectual property, collaborative research agreements, research results and public relations, so that the researchers can concentrate on their research. Moreover, we engage in two additional businesses. One is a cooperative research project named "Academia for Future Technologies," where young researchers sent from industrial companies as visiting scientists have a chance to experience excellent basic science in order to make contributions to the future of the world and our life. The other is management support for the Theory Forum for Quantum Science of Strong Correlation, which forms an international hub for research into the theory of strong correlation in condensed matter physics.
