Medical Information Platform Unit for Preventive Medicine

Development of molecular profiling technologies has been progressed remarkably, and diverse ranges of clinical applications have been explored by using such state-of-art technologies including next generation sequencers.  Our unit develops platforms where researchers efficiently analyze large scale of omics data associated with medical information with security. We manage the platforms to support biomarker discovery by the Preventive Medicine & diagnosis innovation program.
